Fix or Claim a Listing
We list over 8,000 RV and boat storage facilities. Most details come from public sources, so some will be wrong. Here’s how to fix them.
Fix something on a listing
Anyone can tell us about a mistake. Use the “Fix this listing” link on the listing page, or email listings@rvstoragehq.comwith the listing link and what’s wrong.
We fix prices, storage types, sizes, hours and amenities within 2 business days. If the facility’s own website says something different, we go with the website until the owner tells us otherwise.
Claim your facility
Owners and managers can claim a listing for free. Email listings@rvstoragehq.com with the listing link and the email address you want storage requests sent to.
Once it’s claimed:
- Storage requests from renters go straight to your email.
- You can send us new prices or details any time and we update the page.
- You can ask us to stop sending requests at any time.
How we check that you own the facility
We make sure the request really comes from the facility before we change who gets renter requests. One of these is enough:
- You email us from an address on the facility’s own website domain.
- You email us from the address shown on the facility’s website.
- We call the facility at the number on its Google listing and confirm.
Simple fixes like a new price don’t need this check. Changes to where renter requests go always do.
Remove a listing
If the facility has closed, or doesn’t store RVs, boats or trailers, email listings@rvstoragehq.com and we take the listing down within 2 business days.
For any other reason, tell us why and we’ll review it and reply.
Stop storage requests
If you don’t want renter requests from us, email listings@rvstoragehq.com. We stop sending them right away and keep your listing up.
